    Notice the lack of menthol in this setup - just the Paradise Frost soap has a little, but it's not strong at all. It's still awesome stuff! ;) :D

    Brush: Muhle Chrome Plated Handle 31 M 89 w/ New V2.0 Silvertip Fibre Synthetic.
    Soap: Captain's Choice Bay Rum
    Aftershave: Captain's Bay Rum
    A DFS tonight with this combination of shaving tools. The Ever-Ready is a fine razor and very easy to navigate around the face. Captain's Choice Bay Rum is a favorite of mine.

    I have a few brushes that I made and some I have assembled. Anything that has WDC- and a number is one of mine. Some I'm very happy with and others have been learning experiences. I'm also looking at a new lathe to see if I have any talent in that area.

    The Route 66 Perfect Storm Shave Soap face-lathered well with my Jayaruh #18 silver tip badger brush. Two passes and touch ups with the GEM Micromatic OC razor with a CVS 009 RD blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse and alum block, I finished off with T.N. Dickinson's WH and then Pinaud Vegetal After Shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...
