McLas stung but not as potent as Superior 70 or Benjamins. Still nice nonetheless and not overpowering.

Wring 3x nearly dry. 1min 55. 2 pass. Rework 1st. Overdipped brush as such too much water less cream.
Shed 1 on 3rd pass due to dryness as I was gliding the brush over face.
To date 3.

 

Beautiful picture of a beautiful kit...Looks like my razor in your picture, I need a copy for framing...) My guess is that shave had to be Great !!

Today was 3 passes with some neck buffing for an awesome shave. I really need to frequent the Sheraton more often as it is an excellent razor. 4.5 / 5

This time, I felt the menthol from the Romano cream a little more, and I enjoyed it a lot--the scent is fantastic, and the lather is wowwwwwwwwwwwww--like just about all the Indian creams that I've used. The Wild Rain gel smells so much like the Romano cream, so they're a perfect match!

I got some major irritation going on. I don't know if it is the citronella in the Arko, or the Personna blade...I need to get some Pella blades for sure.

Second round of the cold water shaving. I do miss the hot lather from the scuttle, but the cold water shave is an interesting change. Maybe the cold water contributed to the irritating shave?

Off to watch the Fish squish the Vike's.

Wring. 1min 25. 4 pass. Rework 1st. Thick on 1st. Thinned on 2nd. Barely enough for pass on last but shave was done. Waited couple minutes to see how skin feels prior to applying AS. Rest assured it left skin smooth and soft. It's slick for sure.
