3 Passes (WTG / XTG / ATG) with 1 touch up for a DFS. Super impressed with this shave, and the closeness of the shave with the Feather blade. While wary of the blade it allowed minimal effort & only 1 touch up.

I will submit a write up on the T & D shave cream in the Triumph & Disaster thread, when I can collect more words other than 'awesome'.

Laser Super Plats? Not a fan. They tugged a fair amount and left my face irritated. The end result was a DFS, however. I'll try this blade in my old type tonight and see if it fares any better.

I think I changed my mind at least 4 times before I finally went with the Russian version of Viking Blue Ice cream. This stuff is even better than the original Bulgarian version which has been discontinued. It has awesome lather with a nice, manly scent, plenty of menthol, and very moisturizing and comforting. The Svoboda balsam cooled and soothed my skin so well, and the Osage Rub absolutely froze it. The Chabrawichi cologne from Egypt has a nice, mild lemony/lavender scent. It's the bottle on the left.

This razor, that started off as a bit of a disappointment, has developed into a really nice shaver. The Omega Pro is reclaiming it's place as my go-to brush, although I doubt the Vie Long will ever wind up in the drawer!

Two full passes and light buffing gave a BBS. Very easy shave for a work day that you are not looking forward too.

Another great shave from "Gojira"/Perma-Sharp combo.I got 5 great face and head shaves and tho I could squeeze another shave or 2 I'm gonna retire the blade.This combo is a keeper,it's funny I'm not too crazy about Perma-Sharps in my Joris but in other razors they do a great job with the standout being FaTip/UFO Godzilla.

Lloyd, have you ever tried the Arko Ice Mint cream? It smells great, just like the Cool but it has a really good, strong menthol sensation. I LOVE that stuff!

Tuesday Shower & Shave

Started the morning with a nice long hot shower.
After showering my pre-shave ritual starts with Prairie Creations pre-shave soap.
Difficult to go all badger for theme week since the piggies rule in my den. Today's brush was non-badger Semogue Owners Club.
I chose Mama Bear's "Hydrogen" for today's soap. The proud piggie did agreat job lathering up mounds of lather.
Started the week with a Fat Boy loaded with a Gillette 7 o'clock blue
Three outstanding passes this morning, resulted in a extremely fantastic DFS.
After a great shave cold water splash, alum, Proraso Balm.
