DE SOTD, Thur, Sept 3,2020

Razor: Razorock game changer .84- Mfg 2018>,mid range all S.Steel, Very nice shave paired with the KAI SS blade.
Blade: KAI SS(14) Excellent blade for being smooth and sharp with excellent longevity, Tossing it but still had 1 or 2 shaves life left. Very impressed and happy of my 4 tuck purchase and my mild razors are even better performing.
Soap: Nivea cream with some left over Williams mug soap.
Brush: Yaqi Rainbow brown whiskers 26 mm synthetic- excellent lathering brush with cloud like soft tips.
Pre shave: Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser+ a small dollop of clear Aloe Vera gel on beard area.
Prep: Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups.
Post shave: Nivea refreshing aftershave + a small dollop of Nivea balm.
Results: CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers=Excellent shave with my RR GC .84 with KAI SS blade.

Love the Clubman. I will be doing a Clubman/Chanel Pour Monsieur EDP layering at some point in the not too distant future. Looking forward to it.

 

Slantember, Fri, Sept 4th 2020- Amost forgot about this 3 yr tradition or more? I have a couple of slants to join in with!

Razor: Razorock 37 German slant- Very nice slant with excellent efficentcy, top alignment has to manually tweaked.
Blade : Voskhod (1) great blade for my slants or the Personna reds are nice also.
Soap: Barrister & Mann Seville- nice scent with good lather qualities.
Brush: Razorock Noir 400 Plissoft synthetic- kind of reminds me of my boar brush but with soft tips.
Pre-shave: Brush wash my whole face with CeraVe hand bar soap + a dollop of clear Aloe Vera gel on beard area.
Prep: Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups.
Post shave: Pinaud Clubman with witch hazel + a small dollop of Nivea balm.
Results: CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers = great shave with my RR German 37 slant.
