The Vintage Life Morning TOST Shave Soap lathered well with the Semogue 1305 boar brush. Two passes and touch ups with the 1902 Kampfe Brothers/Star Lather Catcher Razor and the Star Wedge Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Duru Cologne. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

SLANTemper Sunday shave, Sept 15th 2024

Razor : Razorock German 37 slant. Mfg 2016>, tame mid range to mid range. Well built to last with a RR 316L stainless steel handle. I received my first BBS shave with this razor with a GSB blade back 7 years ago so it has some sentimental memories.
I had a close comfortable shave this morning!.
Blade : Personna red (1) sharp and smooth with excellent longevity.
Soap : Ach Brito Lavanda cream, nice bright mild scented lavender with excellent lather qualities.
Brush : Yaqi "Dandelion" 24mm cashmere knot. Excellent lather generator, cloud like soft tips, nice gentle scrubber + excellent lather painter. Very nice handle color and knot.
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave : Ach Brito Lavanda cologne splash with witch hazel + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless).
Results : or CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers= Had a close comfortable shave this morning with my RR German 37 slant razor with a Personna red.
