The Tabac Shave Soap lathered well with the Semogue Owners Club Boar brush. Two passes and touch ups with the 1905 Gillette Double Ring Razor and the Gillette Super Blue Blade X3 gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Tabac After Shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

DE SOTD, Tuesday, September 17th 2024

Razor : Razorock 2nd Generation Lupo.72 316 SSP. Mfg released Jan 2021> mid range. Excellent design, machining and finish QC for great shaves. This razor head works well for my beard type and hand Technique for mostly stellar shaving results consistently. Had a close comfortable stellar shave this morning.
Blade : Personna Red (2) sharp and smooth + excellent longevity. Top tier of 5 blades in my shave den.
Soap : Razorock M.F croap, nice cologne scent that is not offensive + excellent lather qualities.
Brush : Yaqi"Sagrada Familia" 22mm G4 synthetic. Excellent lather generator, cloud like soft tips, firmer nice scrubber + excellent lather painter. This little brush works the beard well and is was bought on a brush defect sale (resin colors not perfect as compared to my other 2 Sagrada brushes, knot great scrubber).
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave : Razorock M.F with witch hazel + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless).
Results : or CCS,DFS,BBs + no irritation + no weepers= Had a close comfortable stellar shave this morning with my RR Lupo.72 with a Personna red blade. Wonderful shaving this morning.
