All I can say about this Ruby Forest soap is WOWWWWWW, does it ever smell GORGEOUS. Not only that - it’s such a brilliant latherer, and it’s so slick as well as so skin friendly - my dear brother Fernando created a sparkling treasure. The Proraso Blue balm is so soothing as well as moisturizing not to mention how beautiful the Island Man aftershave smells. Three passes did the job for me - another great BBS shave that I enjoyed to the max!

Razor : Yaqi Sentinel 1.5mm SSP head with a Yaqi Teardrop 316 SSP handle. Mfg 2022. mild range. I get good results with riding the cap, very smooth shaver with excellent machining and finish QC. Very similar design as the vintage Personna BB0 or the more common modern Wolfman W2 series. Had a close comfortable shave this morning.
Blade : Personna red (3) sharp and smooth with excellent longevity.
Soap : Razorock M.F croap, nice cologne scent with excellent lather qualities.
Brush : Yaqi "Moka express" 24mm synthetic. Excellent lather generator, heavenly luxury cloud like soft tips, gentle splay scrubber + excellent lather painter. Fat great gripper handle with a nice gentle knot.
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave : Razorock M.F slash with witch hazel + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless).
Results : or CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers= Had a close comfortable shave this morning with my Yaqi Sentinel razor with a coated Personna red blade. Very comfortable shaving this morning.

Razor: Ming Shi 2000s Futur clone. (Settings) 3-wtg,4-atg,+pick ups.

Post:
Cold Water Face Rinse./Cold water face wash with brush squeezing's, /Alum Rub./Cold Water Rinse./Homemade (~Spring/Summer mix~) Lemon, Eucalyptus, Tea Tree, Essential Oils.5 Menthol Crystals Mixed Together With Care+Witch Hazel./ Brut Sport Style ASL./Nivea Men Replenishing PSB.

Early morning shave,

The Proraso Blue cream created an excellent lather in a short space of time for my shave this morning. I find that synthetic brushes give the best results when using shave creams.

A close comfortable 2 pass + pick ups silky smooth shave with no errors to report.

Finishing the shave off with a few small dollops of Nivea Men Replenishing PSB.

My face is feeling cool smooth & smelling divine.

Here my Wednesday Shave (18.09.2024)


Razor: RazoRock SLOC // Blade: Gillette Platinum // Soap: La Toja // Brush: Shavemac // Aftershave: Alum - Witch Hazel- Floid The Genuine

Another wonderful shave. Smooth, gentle and joyful in 2,5 passes.

I love the La Toja soap…scent, lather…everything is top notch. Especially for this price. A superb soap.

The brush whipped up tons of lather easy and fast so the SLOC could wipe down the whiskers.

Applied the Alum Block which had more feedback than usual but no problem. Witch Hazel after that, let that dry and than the wonderful Floid to close out the shave.

10 out of 10
