The Nivea Shave Cream was face-lathered well with the Jayaruh #2 Two-band Badger Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Gem Jr. Baton Handle and the Personna GEM SS PTFE Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Humphrey's Witch Hazel and Nivea Shave Balm. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

There’s no way I could have enjoyed a shave more than the one I had just before - it was such a delight to lather up with the Noxzema cream, the scent is so nice, the menthol sensation is great, and the postshave feeling is so soothing. The Prep delivered lots of cooling with plenty of moisturizing, and the Polar Ice aftershave’s old school barbershop scent is wonderful. Three passes delivered a perfect BBS shave - oh yes!!!!!!

Bowl Lather.
Bowl: Tesco's Ceramic 'Cosmo' Side Bowl.
Lather: Geo. F.Trumper Violet Shaving Cream.
Blade: GEM coated. (D3)
Razor: Ever Ready 1914. (US) (Brass)
Razor: Gallant II Platinum. (Head/Dome) - (D4)

Ever-Ready 1914, as always was a pleasure to shave with...The vintage Ever-Ready SE razors don't get the credit they so rightly deserve. A superb vintage shaving tool.

A wonderful performance from the Ever-Ready 1914...

A enjoyable 2 pass + pick ups close comfortable face & head shave with no errors to report.

Finishing the shave off with a few small squirts of Blue Stratos Original Blue EdT to the pulse points.

My face & precious swede are is feeling smooth & smelling divine.

A big kiss from my wife

The last time I used this Arko stick was about a year ago or so and that’s definitely not fair to this great soap so I decided to pull it out this morning and I’m happy that I did. I love the scent, (the wife hates it but I have to use it, not her!) it gives absolutely brilliant lather with tons of slickness, great blade glide, and such a comfortable postshave feeling. The Lubriderm moisturizer gave me lots of additional soothing and the Booster Mosswood aftershave went on with its beautiful old school barbershop scent - do I ever love it. Three passes did the job for me - another super duper BBS shave that I enjoyed so much!
