Planned Shave For Monday(in sentence form)

As we are experiencing Indian Summer here(except for the evenings), I'll do a Rise Super Foamy shave, followed by Gillette Series Cool Wave AS. I'll kick it off with Nivea for Men RELAX, in the shower. I like RELAX, as you can see how much is left as you move along.

 

replying to my own post....After further review, the aforementioned Clubman is the regular 6 oz. I had to look close to see the Vanilla. Good variety, that.

 

Prep - Shower / Woods Of Windsor Cedar Woods soap / Pre-lather / 3 min steam
Razor - Ever Ready 1924
Blade - GEM Personna SS (#1)
Brush - Omega 20106
Soap - Arko / mental crystals
After - Frozen towel / Alum & WH Mix
Result - BeyondBBS

Finally the wait is over. Last year I tried a 1912, then a 1914, I thought how could anything be better than these? I had almost put myself off "needing" to get one! I was hooked on SE.
I actually laughed after the first stroke tonight - yes, it was that good!
I took it really carefully, knowing it's on the aggressive side but the result speaks for itself. Simply the easiest shave I've had this side of a Tech and Feather combo, even easier than the 1912. All the better considering the GEM's can be a little much on the first run out, no such worries here though!

Had a great 2 pass shave this morning. Still have not had a bad shave with the TSD soap. Whips up a good lather, and the scents are great. I added menthol crystals to the soap so it is almost at glacial level, so with that and the cold water it was a very chilly shave. Finished with the CVS Aqua Velva and had almost no burn from the alcohol, and the scent lasts for a while. Hope everyone had a great shave and a great day!
