    Am I ever glad that I used my Iced Subzero soap because this way I not only got a great three pass BBS shave with lots of rich, icy-cold lather and excellent skincare, I also showed my true love and devotion to this forum which has become a part of me. The Rubby Dubby Doo went on frigidly as it always does. By the way, although I got rid of a HUGE number of soaps and creams which has reduced my stash around 85% one thing I'll say is JoAnna's soaps will ALWAYS remain in my rotation and I plan to start using them more regularly! ;) :D

    Fat Friday has arrived! Mitchell's was terrific as usual. Great lather that was swiped away with ease by the I1 injector. Can't ask for much else.

    Blade: Gillette 7 O’Clock Green Super Stainless (Shave #5)
    Brush: Turtleship Silvertip-24mmx55mm
    Aftershave: Reef Point Submariner

    WTG-XTG-ATG (adjusted angles for my beard)

    Reef Point Submariner today. 20 seconds to load the Turtleship Silvertip brush. Easy, thick, slick, lather. Gillette 7 O’Clock Green SS still in the Fat Boy. Excellent smooth, close shave. I finished with Reef Point Submariner aftershave.

    My new Apollo, 30's design but I believe post war production (c.1950). Started with a BIC but had to immediately toss it. I love the BIC blades when they're right but quality control is terrible. Switched to a second use Tian Li and sailed through a splendid shave. Simply a marvelous razor. Perfect weight, good balance, aggressive but easy to manage. And sooo good lookin'.[​IMG]

    Today I pulled my soap-shredder to task as yesterdays lather was a bit lacking in protection and I thought it was due to insufficient loading of this soap. I was right. Today the lather was as slick as yesterday but denser and more protective than yesterdays. And the fragrance? Still fantastic.

    My last shave of Stirling SEptember and I decided to go back to the setup that gave me one of the smoothest shaves of the month. Once again the shave was spectacular! My face became "comfortably numb" with the Iced Pineapple and the L1 loaded up with the Personna was smooth as silk! Another positive is that my Stirling Board did not shed a single bristle last night, so hopefully its shedding has come to an end. Have a great weekend my friends!

    AS: Brut Splash On topped by Afta
    Camera Broke (no newspaper)


    Real nice, smooth 2 pass, WTG/ATG, some clean up. I think I got one of my better shaves, both passes were incident free, no weepers, just really smooth skin. I`m still not getting bored with the same routine. God Bless and happy shaving to all.
