    Dove Men's Face Wash
    Cella Crema da Barba
    Frank Shaving Finest Badger
    '62 Gillette Slim
    Wilkinson Sword Stainless
    CWR, Asma Alum Block
    Thayers Rose Petal WH
    Mennen Skin Bracer AS

The Cella Crema da Barba face-lathered very easily with my Frank Shaving Finest Badger Brush. First time with the Slim since May 29. What a nice experience. Two passes with my Gillette Slim and Wilkinson Sword Stainless blade gave me a close, comfortable, near BBS shave. After a cold water rinse, alum block, and a final cold water rinse, I finished off with Thayers Rose Petal WH and then Mennen Skin Bracer after shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

    Wednesday Morning Shave
    Razor:
Gillette Old Type Ball End OC
    Blade: Rapira (2)
    Brush: Vie-Long White Horse Hair
    Cream: Kapo
    AS: Barbon

It was my first time with an open comb safety razor and I absolutely liked the way it shaves! No redness on my neck, no nicks or weeper, nothing to scare. I'll take the razor to plate nickel/chrome it in jewellery workshop.

    Tuesday Night Shave:

    Pre: Hot water
    Razor: Gem G-Bar
    Blade: Gem SS
Cream: Arko Cream and Derby Lemon mixed together
    Brush: Omega 10049
    After: Pinaud Clubman

Not a good shave. I was experimenting to see how many shaves I could get out of a Gem SS. This was #10, which was apparently 1 too many. Switched out blades after the first pass, but the damage was done The rest of the shave after that was okay. The Arko and Derby mix is a good combo. It takes two mediocre creams and together they become a little better.

    WEDNESDAY
    Evening Shave for Tomorrow
Early day tomorrow so I am compelled to enjoy a nice evening shave this evening before calling it a day.
My firstt shave with this newly-honed Wade & Butcher—a faux frame back with custom cocobolo rosewood scales.
This razor is a bit more challenging than the W&B I used yesterday. This razor requires more attention due to the long smiling curve of the blade.
    Overall, a very nice shave!

Razor: Wade & Butcher 11/16 faux frame back
    Brush: Omega Synthetic
Lather: Shea Moisture African Black Soap Shave butter créme
    Shave: 3 passes +touch-up
Post: Black River Bay rum AS

Have a great Hump Day, all!

I just did a quick one pass shave. Surprisingly, I almost got BBS. I froze my face and I feel a whole lot better. I think my face is completely healed up because I got no nicks, no weepers, and no irritation.

    Superb Shave
What an amazing shave today! B&M Ferox is such an amazing performer in all aspects that I wish I could afford to buy all the B&M soaps. Shea butter and lanolin might be the magic combination for my face.
I also really enjoy Shea Moisture Shave products, especially the aftershave elixir and balm. The elixir has a pleasing grapefruit scent, Shea oil, and witch hazel to close any weepers, while the balm extends the smooth feeling for hours without much of a scent to interfere with cologne.

    Prep: RR/HTGAM lime menthol
    Soap: B&M Ferox
    Brush: HIS
    Razor: iKon SC101
    Blade: Personna lab blue (3)
AS: Shea Moisture Elixir and balm
    Cologne: Tabac!

Prep: shower and face wash with Stirling Naked & Smooth
    Lather: hobbyist Ian S. lavender
    Brush: Vie-Long 13061M
    Razor: Gillette New SC
    Blade: Supermax Platinum
    Post: Proraso green aftershave

I had to get back to my smooth Short Comb New. I used the LC version for 10 days and it just isn't quite right for my face. Everything came together for a pretty easy 2 pass, near BBS this morning.

    Odin's Day:
Prep: Hot shower, Neutrogena Deep Clean Gentle Scrub Cleanser, TSD Jasmine Sambac Preshave balm
    Brush: Simpson 56 Best Badger
    Soap: Ginger's Garden Oakmoss glycerin
    Razor: FaTip Piccolo OC
    Blade: Perma-Sharp Super SS (1)
    Passes: WTG, XTG, ATG (1, 2, 3)
Post: Cold water splash, Bloc Osma Alum, Dickinson's WH, Pinaud Clubman AS
Cologne: Jasmin et Cigarette by Etat Libre d' Orange

Since the Asco wore out in the 41c yesterday, I decided to break out the FaTip Piccolo and see if I'm as comfortable with 3 passes with this more aggressive razor as I am with the milder 41c. The Ginger's Garden Oakmoss smells terrific and provides plenty of glide, while the Perma-Sharp Super may be the best of the 'SS' blades I've tried (though I still prefer platinum and chrome). The ATG pass produced two minor weepers on my off-hand side to go with my nearly-BBS results, and only a hint of burn along the throat. I wouldn't call these results great, but I wouldn't call them bad, either.

Smoother than silk, smelling great and ready to go after a wonderful face-freezing shave with the Frost_byte soap which lathers so easily that anyone using even the worst brush can get it to perform well. Its menthol power is slightly less than any of the Stirling Glacial soaps, but it's still very potent. The scent of this soap has also grown on me because I enjoy it now. The Barbon aftershave added a terrific extra freeze which felt so nice afterwards. My Super Speed/Rapira combination seems to be the best for me. ;) :D

    Blade: Bolzano (day 2)
    Brush: Vie-Long
    Soap: Proraso White
    Passes: 2 (WTG, XTG)

The temperature is starting to drop, so I wasn't to happy with only getting a warm shower and not a hot shower. My shave on the other hand made up for it. As always, great lather from the Proraso White. The Bolzano loaded in my WW2 Tech had zero issues cutting through my stubble to a DFS. Despite the cooler temps, I went with 444 for the finish, my eyes seem to have cleared up now.

    Prep: Gaia face scrub
    Oil: Shave Secret
Brush: 20mm Whipped dog set deep
    Scuttle: Georgetown Pottery
    Razor: Gillette New Long Comb
    Blade: Ladas
    soap: Pre de Provence
    Post: alum sprayed on
    Witch Hazel: Generic unscented

I used a LADAS blade for the first time today. It felt extremely smooth and cut the whiskers well. As usual, pre de provence made a very nice lather.
