Would the PAA 400 Switchback be considered part of the 400 Club? If so, I’ll say I’m in because I ordered their Aluminus 400 Switchback handle along with 24mm synthetic knot I’ll mount to the brush handle.

Hoping I qualify to join the Club. I have 1 Done with extra ferrules from @Clouds for................................Variety. Working on cleaning the 2nd one up and I'm told 2 more ferrules from Claudio are en-route. I need to find some o-rings too.

    Hoping that I qualify.
Original ferrules at the back. (The second one actually needs to be removed but I don't need the ferrule)
Brass ferrule in front - I'm looking for a special knot for it, any suggestions?

Nicely done. Hopefully that's a hair and not a hairline crack on the ferrule in the pic ?

I figured it's a hairline crack... For the price I'll deal.

Not the end of the world or a deal breaker. Just be careful removing it if you re-knot it. Won't take much to shine that one up either :happy088:

I'm sorry to have caused you to do that. Not my intention and was a good buy ! Just something to be careful when working with it. Going to the corner with my cone shaped hat......When you get one and have it in hand I will personally mail you one of my ferrules from @Clouds so you have at least 1 spare :happy088:

I don't understand this ferrule thing... Are they removable, meant to be removed?

Yes, see all the ones in my pic he made and are interchangeable. They sometimes are stuck almost like welded due to age and gunk but can be broke free and then just thread/screwed on and off with ease.

I forget, researched long ago, but what are the differences between unstamped, 3, 4, etc?
