   I was wandering, how do you reduce the grayness of the armpit after you shave it?
   Are there ways to do this?
   I ask this on behalf of my fiance.

   The grayness would be the hair root under the skin. Just like some men experience on their faces, sometimes called a permanent 5 O'clock shadow.
   
   The hair root is dark, and the skin is fair.
   
   Tanning or waxing would be my only guesses to help with the problem.

   Thanks for the help. I think she has tried hair removal cream, but that doesn't work. I think the next step is waxing. Thanks for the advice.
