okay- so our internet went down last night. One minute it was working and the next minute we had no signal. I called AT&T tech support. They worked with me for 40 minutes to isolate the problem. This all happened on a Friday night. I figured that we would be internet-less until Monday or later. The tech support agent told me they'd need to send someone out to check on our line. And then he told me he could have a technician out on Saturday (today). Well, the technician was scheduled to come anytime between 8am and 8pm. This usually means the tech arrives at 7:59pm. Today, he arrives at 8:20. A.M.!!! And he's polite and nice and gets our internet up in about 30 mins. Turns out it was a problem at the box down the street, so there's no cost to us!
Whoop! Whoop! Android 4.0.4 update for my Galaxy Nexus started updating this morning....(of course, it's stupid Verizon, so it's 2+ months behind Sprint and AT&T getting the update out, but...better late than never)
I'm not hitting the "like" button because I have a T-mobile "G2" which won't be getting ICS period, so I'm told.
I met our friend Justin (Neolithium) today! I had to drop something off at his house. It was awesome to meet a fellow member of the TSD!

Gorgeous day outside today though I'm in editing photos from my nephew's communion. And job hunting more tonight online while dying my hair - oh the interestingness of it all huh?
We had a great weekend. I coach my son's U10 traveling soccer team. Not to brag, but my son is, if not the best goalkeeper in our league, then certainly one of the top 2 or 3. He's pretty amazing and has a heck of a leg. We played a tournament over the weekend and in the last game, he scored a goal, as a goalkeeper, on a punt. This was on a 50 yard field. Once bounce and over the opposing goalkeeper and into the net!! This is the second time he's done that. During this tournament, after each game both teams vote for Player of the Game on the opposing team. My son received it that game. Then my daughter, who plays on U16 volleyball team for one of the top JO clubs in the state, played in a tournament with her team. They got 1st place! And my other son, who is graduating middle school tonight, was selected by the teachers to give the commencement address, along with a girl whom he has a crush on. They had to get together this weekend to work on their speech. Life is good for him!
