This hidden gem was listed as a reference in Badger & Blade's History of Brushes archive, and thanks to a Microsoft foundation grant, was digitally archived. Like most things digitally scanned, it has a few typos. This is mostly cut and paste work, with minimal editing needed. I found an actual copy, and was half tempted to purchase it so I could photograph and add the photos/woodcuts as well, but decided to save my money and make do.
Update: I was able to find pictures. I got almost all of them uploaded to the posts/chapters, and will continue to edit and proofread over the next week.
