Sorry I was late.... Tonight's shave: Dovo 5/8" Prima Silver Steel straight, TOBS Sandalwood cream, Simpsons Chubby 3 Super Badger, 4711 Skin Milk, 4711 Cologne, Van Yulay black resin bowl. I re-appraised the Chubby 3 after hating it first time - adjusted amount of cream, like 3 times normal usage, plenty more water. The brush is SOFT soft soft but it does have a little scratch. If it had like 25% more backbone I am telling you it would be the perfect knot. It is massive, dense, but a little floppy. Anyway - 3 passes and a touch up. Feeling "barber shop"!! The razor performed perfectly after over a year without use - stropped it about 40 times on linen and then 40 on leather - good to go. imghost

Chub of the day - 28mm of hairy goodness... Mine was an Alpha Gothic 28mm SHD 2-Band Fan - awesome lather machine. I paired it with Nuavia Nera - amazing shave.
