Could be, but if so, his ring finger's at a goofy angle to show it that way. Maybe someone hit him on the helmet the last time he practiced this?

um... no. That sentence negates two different verbs (to say AND to warn) which is totally legit. A double-negative negates both the noun (usually the object of the sentence) and it's related verb. IE: "Mom, we don't got no chips." There, both "to have" and "chips" are negated). /grammar_lesson.

 

Be careful, "I Think I Soiled Myself", could be your Custom Title.

ahh, I was just messin around, but....that's a lesson I didn't know beforehand.

 

Its also a literal double negative to double negate the verb: we didn't never do that.

But the negative noun + negative verb combination seems to be more commonly heard.

 

That would be even worse than the one you bestowed upon me.

 

Well, at least you did not soil your body armor.
