Good morning gentlemen. Dreamy shave this morning with the N1. Last night i refrigerated my PSO and my MITA balm, what a wonderful face feel and shave it helped produce. Silky, smooth, comfortable my whiskers didn't stand a chance! Smooth in every direction, the N1 is a very efficient razor and this has to do with the head geometry but also i believe these Injector blades don't have very much flex adding to the efficiency. I thought to myself, self if cold water is great than ice water could be amazing YES IT IS.

Prep: 6 ice cubes in scuttle, two trays of ice cubes in the sink.

Warm shower followed by 3, 10 second dips of face in sink.

Croap : Santa Maria Novella

Razor : ATT R1

Blade : perma sharp super

Brush : thater 26mm

Post: thayers cucumber (kept in the refrigerator) osage rub (kept in the refrigerator) floid blue (kept in the refrigerator)

@Jayaruh and @Robyflexx what do you guys think about making an Ice Water Shave badge to supplement with the cold shave badge if someone adds the element of ice? You two seem to have those talents in making the images. Just a thought!

Being silly here, but as you mention credence to the cold-water shaving thing, and you live in Florida, do you live in Clearwater(Creedence)? Yuk yuk. (Down on the cawnuh, out in the street, Willie and the poor boys are playin, Bring a nickel, tap your feet).

 

ahh, maybe I'll try it this summer on a "Hazy, hot&humid" day.
