A magnificent shave this morning with the PAL Adj. razor. Wonderful freezing lather from the Stirling GET shave soap. This razor is very hefty and well built sporting beautiful sleek lines. It's very easy to maneuver and quite grippy also. Three easy brezzy passes for a dolphin smooth finish. Have a great day friends.

Amazing shave this morning. I'm upstate NY this weekend so the domestic water supply is well water. Ice cold out of the facet. Using a Parker Shaving chrome silvertip badger brush, I lathered up a bowl of TOBS Jermyn Street soap with warm water, only because it's the first time I've used soap vs. cream and I wasn't sure how well it would lather with cold water. The rest of the journey was with unbelievably refreshing 40° water. I loaded a Personna Red in my Merkur Futur and mowed through a days growth with ease. Finished off with alum, Thayer's WH and Fine Platinum AS. No irritation, one small nick. I feel like a million bucks!

 

A nice BBS shave today followed up by my own orange menthol after shave............

Excellent shave this morning with the Bunny V3 injector. Three easy passes, very efficient. My homemade Haslinger shave stick works wonderfully . The Bunny is very well made, the handle feels great in hand and the razor as a whole feels very substantial. As polished as the finish on the handle is it is not slippery. Tomorrow I'll try the NotSo comb for comparison. I am dolphn smooth and refreshed. Have a great day friends.

I used ice water this morning! Feels good. It's been quite some time since an ice water shave. The cold water out of the tap right now isn't too cold since we're in the dog days of summer. I'm looking forward to this winter when the tap water is pretty frigid.

Just now I completed a wonderful three pass shave with the Alumigoose. My Mongoose blade sampler came in yesterday and today I tried the Feather Pro Super blade with wonderful results. La Toja produced it's usual creamy, slick, protective lather. I am dolphin smooth and refreshed. Enjoy your day my friends.
