They're in English. One main panel says "better grooming for men". Guess I can open it and find out lol!

Gotta agree with @Old School that the blades seem to be from 1967. But can't seem to find out which razor the instructions belong to. Looks like part of it says "better grooming products for men".

I was just told because it's a 2 pack, likely came from a travel set...

Got some blades from The Razor Company for today’s mail call. D522868F-DF20-40C9-8A23-C9CEAE8AF092.jpeg

I couldn't find a match on @mr-razor's site. I'd probably carefully slit one end of the plastic with a hobby knife to see which set it belongs to and then put it back.

I know the Spoiler blades were common in sets from about 1967, but the part of the instruction sheet on the pic I haven't been able to find on @mr-razor's site. Unless I really am blind.

I did see that and at first when it was mentioned it came from a double pack, I thought two razors. But I'm not sure about the instruction sheet belonging to this set as other black handle Flair Tips have a different color sheet. And this pic seems to show a gold colored sheet. Maybe a set for the foreign market, just a guess.

I found this local today at a thrift shop. Little old lady running it said she bought it in 1966 for her husband, and he said he was happy with his non adjustable razor. He stuck it in a drawer just in case, and that case never happened. Truly NOS, never used L date code with sealed blades and instructions. BRAND NEW!
Now I've got a full set (no instructions) and an extra case to re-home :)

Nice score. I agree with The Hubz though, on the adjustable piece.
