    Just in time for SEptember. My order from Larry at Whipped Dog came in. One poor man's strop kit, one Chinese 12k barber hone, and my hollow ground wedge blade for my Henckels Rapide that I had him hone for me.

    I keep bidding from time to time but the price always seems to skyrocket out of sight.

    I'm hoping to just stumble across some in an antique store where the vendor doesn't realize what they're worth.

    You are correct about the high prices. We'll see how long they last. I don't plan to stretch them, as soon as they start tugging, they're gone.

    I started with a Whipped Dog sight unseen razor, a poor man's strop and the balsa strop. Look forward to reading about your straight razor journey. The cookies get better along the way.

    So I got a few packages in today

    The injector is pretty nice shape. Bottom seems to be knarled a bit . It appears it got stuck and someone was trying to pry it off. I'm missing the blade tray. So I'm pretty disappointed .. ( if anyone has an extra blade tray please pm me.)

    Gem seems in excellent shape looks new. There are blades in he dispenser .

    A couple of shave stick containers. One is Colgate and one is Williams.

    A silver tip badger knot. 23mm x 64mm

    I'm sooo excited for the injector.!!!
