Gillette produced the super speed flare tip in three versions. The blue tip was the mild, the unpainted was medium, and the red tip was more aggressive. Don't worry though, even the red tip is tame compared to a lot of other razors.
The Red Tip alone, wasn't a bad haul at that price. Soak it in hot soapy (Dawn) water and a old tooth brush and you'll a sweet aggressive shave. We want (more) !
Stopped, grudgingly, at Burlington with my wife. Strolling around I found these. Certainly can't beat the price. Herm

You didn't say it was a Ever Ready Tuxedo brush! Restore it with some weight and re-knot with a nice synthetic flat top tuxedo and you'll have a show stopper!
Homan Mfg Company Silver Shave mug. Looks to be a scuttle but not sure. Neat mug though. Sent from my SM-G930P using Tapatalk
I might be way off, but I think the brush holder has been bent in to the opening of the mug. Even with that it is beautiful!
So, my alum block from Shave Nation finally went ten toes up. Broke into about six pieces. My youngest wanted to go to GameStop, so I tagged along. There is an Indian grocery in the same block of stores. I remember someone saying they have alum blocks. And, yes they do. $1.99 a piece. Bought two. They also had Old Spice shaving cream in a tube from India. Also Palmolive. Anyone familiar with 'em? I was gonna take a flyer, but I've got enough software, with Jeff's Soap on the way, so I passed. They also had Wilkinson Sword blades on a yellow card.
Not trying to confuse the matter ... Ever Ready made brushes that resemble a bow tie and they have been nick names tuxedos and the black and white one really look great restored with tuxedo knot like this one ...
Bent back. Wow thats soft metal. Oh and I'm working on restoring this brush. Still need to polish it but I'm digging it with this knot. Not as nice as your tux but I like it. BTW what mm is that? 24? Sent from my SM-G930P using Tapatalk
That was me. I always get alum from the Indian store. The Shulton Old Spice cream is good stuff. I hear good about Palmolive but have not yet tried it. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
