My RazoRock XX and Son of Zeus arrived!! The XX goes to my son and I'll keep the SOZ.

*no picture, two jars of RR aren't as exciting as @John Beeman Fabulous hardware.

 

After this, I would happily indulge her. BTW, happy birthday!

Sorry I haven't been active the past few days. I have family visiting to celebrate Christmas and Birthdays and don't have much free time. Anyway, got a few packages in the mail. One from Maggard Razors (took 2 days from order to delivery) and one from Italian Barber (took 3 weeks). Excited to try all this new stuff out and review it!

Killer Haul Micahel! I'm interested to hear your thoughts on the SoZ versus L'Orange Noir aftershaves. Both are based on a similar fragrance and always wondered which lasted longer.

Let's see, I wanted to order two inexpensive aftershaves, but shipping was the same price for five as for two, so I ordered five. Clubman Special Reserve, Lustray Spiced Blue, Lustray Draggon Noir, Lucky Tiger Aspen, and Stephan Island Lime. Also two Genco Straights in original scales from the bay. Last is a set of rosewood scales and supplies to pin razors.

 

I just got my last Christmas present from my parents. A nice cast iron skillet! I am excited to add this beauty to my kitchen arsenal!!

 

Very nice! Now that I'm back in a house, I've started using my cast iron more than ever. Love it.

 

do you know how to session it?

 

If you want to make it even more awesome, take an angle grinder and polish the inside before you season it.

 

That would be awesome...don't know if I have the right tools though.

 

Just received more goodies today. Some Feather Artist Club blades to modify for my injectors. Also a Red Tip.
Some before and after of the red tip. About 45 minutes worth of cleanup. Turned out better than expected.

Going to give the Red Tip a test run tonight.
