The Haul: December 2023

I bought it from „Tonsus“, not direct from the Simpsons Homepage. I like the shape a lot. Looks classy and modern at the same way. I thought it would be larger but i find it to be completely ok. I am fine with it.

Just in yesterday from the Netherlands - three new soaps I never had before and a backup of one I love!

1x Biolijf Autumn SS (bay rum type of scent)
1x Biolijf Huntsman SS (light clean, soapy scent)
1x Biolijf Spice SS (nice exotic scent)
1x Brick SS (house brand of a Dutch barber)

 

Looks very much like a Simpson, but it's a Erskine ....... I may sell or trade it away.

My shave related Christmas gifts. The mugs and Alpha Ecliptic razor are from PAA, the brush is from Shore Shave and the soap and aftershave are made by LPL.

I love the Label on it very much. It has Oldschool vibes to it which cought my interest. The Soap as well as the Aftershave are Top-Notch performers. The scent is a bit unusual, not the typical Barbershop scent. There are some „fresh“ Elements in there. Citrus? Maybe…

HC&C Unscented soap and aftershave balm and an assortment of blades from razorbladesclub.com. I might have helped my wife pick these.




Not shaving related, but definitely a hobby item -- a Seiko Lorus Sports watch with full dial lume, shipped from Rubicon Watch Company in the UK. The silicone band came from Barton Watch Bands.

 

Friday’s mail call is a SV 2.0 DE safety razor by Saponificio Varesino.
