good deal on those Towels indeed need to get me a couple too they work genious when using a str8 razor to wipe the blade off.

Nothing Runs Like a Deere Any idea who made it ?

 

I wish I knew more about it. I started a thread in the straight forum to ask for help with identification and history.
The only thing that I can see on it for possible identification, besides the obvious logo and blade image is a small ~ on the opposite side of the blade. If anyone has any info, I would greatly appreciate the help. I emailed John Deere through a "contact us" link on their website, and the author of a John Deere collectibles book.

"Patchouli Bay"

Just received my latest order from The Shave Den Store. I sent JoAnna an empty Kent wooden bowl and asked her to fill it with Half and Half (half Bay Rum and half Patchouli). Also, Florida Water and some Crystal Blades.

Tomorrow's shave should be EXCELLENT!! Thank you, JoAnna!!

 

a few soaps from Muehle-Pinsel that I bought today:

1x Aloe
1x Sandalwood
1x Marigold
1x Ocean

these are from the new formulations, so these soaps lather like BOMBS!!!!!!!!!

I have been a lazy boy.. Have gotten a lot of nice stuff but not posted it..

BAD ME!!

So I make ammends..

Here goes..

First out is a nice vintage Boots kit.. The bowl is porcelain and very cool (and heavy, shipping was murder)

Secondly, some vintage after shaves.. The Aqua Vera is still going strong.. The Varon Dandy smells very, very nice.. Cool stuff..

And ohh.. A nice Black Tipped Superspeed with box.. Great condition also..

And finally the diamond in the haul this week.. A very old wooden shaving bowl with a unused cake of Surfspray shaving soap.. I really do like the quite primitive look of the bowl.. Havent tried the soap yet.. But I guess I will despite the cool print..

I guess thats all for now..
