Great Hauls Y'all!

Nothing spectacular here, just a few bottles to decant some a/s.





No after shot; only the AV label came off. The Pinaud labels shredded to bits upon removal. I guess I will break out the label maker.

 

I had good luck taking the Aqua Velva Musk label off those plastic bottles, just do it slowly. They'll look great on those glass bottles. And if it's needed, you can trim them right on the bottle with a single edge blade.

 

oooops, didn't read all of your message. Just noticed you did that. You could also look for images of those labels and print them and use either clear packing tape, trimmed to fit the copy about 1/4" - 3/8" over. Or printer label paper already with adhesive. '

I just put in the highest bid I can afford during the last few seconds. On this one, the bidding was at $15.50 near the end and I put in a $32.00 bid five seconds before it ended. This was the best cased one I've seen in a long time and thought that if someone had a higher best bid, then it was theirs. Got lucky that he only had a high bid under $17.00 and so at $17.50 it was mine.

 

The Veg is much better after being decanted into glass....can't speak for the others.

 

It's even better decanted into porcelain.

 

Keeping an eye on some now on Ebay.
