Wow, that's ambitious but we have seen how the other brushes turned out, so looking forward to that.

Well, talking about Xmas, (I have had this brush since Dec 25th but am keeping this for a special day.)

I caved in to yet another RAD urge...this bit of fun arrived today.

 

Was after Schick super 11- cart Razor, but did not look close enough , so got this NOS Type L with Twin blades, Turns out to be made in Hollland so quite rare.

 

Hard to beat a Simpson.

No, am not fond of The L type, but use E2, F and PAL Injectomatic + N3, O Clone etc

 

I'm assuming you mean the small one on the end. Has that Trade Mark thing with a capitol R in the middle.

Lot of people where I work wear square toe western style farm boots (Ariat, Justin, etc). One guy said they're comfortable out of the box so I went to Farm & Fleet. They had his Ariats for $180...nah.

Tried Tractor Supply. Same price for the Ariats but way up on the clearance shelf were a few similar pairs by Georgia Boot, in my size for $69. Tried' em on, liked 'em, and they rang up for $55.

 

Saturday’s awesome mail call is a 1980’s bottle, mostly full, of Floïd Blue aftershave from Spain.

 

Monday’s mail call is Gentleman’s Nod/Zaharoff Leather Tabac shave soap and aftershave; also I got 2 NOS economy dispensers of Schick Plus Platinum injector blades.

 

Mon 13th February

Not a great Cart fan, but could not resist getting this as it was not too expensive for a Classic- Schick Super 11.

And another local find! From a Mexican grocery on the far east side that's actually getting to be as much African as Mexican. I'm thinking that these are the same as Zorrik platinum. If so, then they're fantastic blades.

 

Grimes of New York/London made promo Tech (X3) for "Theme Construction Supplies", Downey California. All paperwork, spare shave stick and early ('25-'27} blades............
