Oh, I have to wade through lots of that. I have lucked out by finding poorly displayed stuff or asking, "is this all you have"? Keep looking.
Bar soap doesn't normally lend itself to shaving but maybe if you have soft water you can make a little lather.
Very nice - and great choice in model I'm really, really curious to hear your take on it. This razor was the hardest one for me to dial in - it took way more than five shaves if I remember correctly.

Initial impressions = impressive design and quality. Its not as heavy as I had expected (maybe after hefting a Mongoose). Its going to take a couple shaves to nail down the shave angle. It gives good audible feedback so you can tell if youre there or not. Ill keep you posted as Im using it as part of a January focus.
My Lumberjack soap just arrived from Route66! I'll be trying it out tomorrow and posting in the SOTD. Shipping was super fast and it smells fantastic.
