It's well known that I'm a big fan of Roger Quintero's 3D printed razor designs. When I posted a picture of my GEM adjustable printed by a printing service Roger pointed out to me that the razor head had been printed in the incorrect orientation which I hadn't noticed. During our PM, I mentioned that his Triceratops razor was becoming a favourite of mine and the resin version with the ornate handle was absolutely stunning. A couple of days ago the razors below arrived from Roger: Not only an ornate resin Triceratops, but full ENDGEM SPEED set, the GEM adjustable with 3 plates, another unique GEM style razor, plus Roger's take on the Rocnel SE-P. This generosity has totally humbled me. Roger, you're a star. I'll be shaving with the №1 ENDGEM SPEED later today.
NOS Wardonia travel set arrived today. Included are ten Wardonia blades. I modified a Gillette blade for it and will do more eventually................
Just got my order from ShaveNation.com today. I got the LEA shave soap refill puck and aftershave, Marvy’s opal indestructible shave mug, Parker 65R and a Shave Nation sticker. Thank you very much Geo Pahos for the excellent customer service; it’s truly appreciated. On a side note I’d like to see Geofatboy do a shave video using the Parker 65R; it’s supposed to be quite an aggressive razor.
Not shave related, a case of Swedish Snus, but it's about delivery time. From placing the order, Sweden to delivery, three days..................
Nice Jim! I use General brand Swedish snus as it is available locally & convenient to use in my workplace. Any idea how it compares to what you just received? Wondering about both flavor and nicotine strength.
This is the first Swedish snus I ever got. It has a nice spearmint taste, unlike Camel Frost, which is the one I started with a while back. Camel snus is pretty sweet, this isn't, just a nice pleasant taste. I also wanted to get a stronger snus, compared to American snus, which are kind of low. The nicotine level of these are 16mg. Haven't tried General snus yet, but I want to try others.
My 1934 Gillette Aristocrat showed up today. It was bargin priced as it was listed simply as a "vintage gold tone DE Gillette razor" & I originally bought it as a possible replate candidate as the price left plenty of room for that option if I ever felt the need to do that. 1st pics are from sellers listing. After a good hot Dawn soak & gentle toothbrush scrub I am pleasantly surprised to see replating is not a needed option!
