Stopped into an Antique Shop today and saw a red tip. Its in rough shape but it's the first time I've seen one in the wild and the doors close right and level. Hoping it cleans up well, while dirty doesn't look to be beat up. Wife grabbed me this Old Spice cup, not sure if I'll use it but its a lot more substantial than most of the Old Spice cups I've seen to this point. [IMG][IMG]

My LE 30DLC Brush handle arrived today and it's a beauty! Thank you @jtspartan for such wonderful work! Now to decide which knot to use.
    First the synthetics.
    Then the flattop badger.
I'm leaning towards the badger since it will be my first flattop. What do you guys think?

Don't toss the box Tom. I can use it if you don't want it!

It's the rare Christmas Edition Red Tip. :) Suitable for shaving even Santa's beard.

I wasn't sure if I'd use mine when I first got it but it actually works pretty good.
I thought it would be a dribbler considering how pronounced the rim is but that's not the case.
It's also nice and thick with a heavy bottom so it keeps the coffee warm and it's not prone to tip.
You should give it a try.

If I use anything old spice it would be for shaving! I don't do coffee, never really have.

Then you'll want to get one of the OS shaving mugs. The coffee mug is too tall and not wide enough for making lather easily.
The OS shaving mugs are just the right size except for some of the larger pucks. Plus the later ones have little ribs to keep the puck in place.
