    Finally got a Tech case to reline. Didn't really need the razor, but I found a home for the cap and the base plate is a bit better than mine.

    Nice. That looks like the war-era one. Mine, which has a better lining, came with a partial shipper dated 1942.

    Is that Tech handle gold or just bare brass? I'm kind of looking for a gold fat handle.

    It was originally gold. I cleaned and polished it and the only gold left on it is on the narrow strip between the knurling and top part of the handle.

    Very nice! Good shape for agitating. Knob on the bottom for positive grip. Beautiful color glaze & texture in the inside to encourage incorporation of soap / water/ air. Would you care to share a link to the Etsy shop?

    Blood On Steel 30DC.gif In today's mail drop, a much appreciated gift from my buddies in The 30 Day Crew. This Limited Edition shave soap and aftershave was prepared by Jeeves of Hudson Street to commemorate the recent St.Louis Meet Up. I was not able to attend, and then heard the soap had sold out. Jeeves is to release the same scent soon under another label, but this early peak/sniff coupled with the L.E. label makes it special.
