It's basically identical to the U.S. Super Speeds of the period except for a tiny, oft-overlooked "collar" between the knurling and the usual concave neck. But it shaves better than a SS, and I've often found the knurling to feel a bit sharper and it possibly has better plating. Our own @PLANofMAN did this superb analysis some years back.

Just got my Father’s Day gifts early today. One of them was a box set of Cella Bio shave soap, aftershave and shave brush set.
Another Father’s Day gift I got was this storage drawer which I’m now using to store my blades. Each drawer holds well over 100 blades.

No but seriously we bought some more because this works so much better than the Colgate or Sensodyne we currently use and therefor we can use less and it feels like we have just had our teeth cleaned at the dentist. Nice product, local supplier, added a few bits and pieces, and they threw in two more freebies too. Just a few more on the way for June.
The freebies worked last time, didn't they? I've been a fan of Euthymol toothpaste for about a decade now. Pink paste, metal tube, odd medicinal taste. I was due for a re-order, and Amazon tells me I've ordered the 3-pack of Euthymol 4 times. I use other pastes, but I do keep ending up coming back to Euthymol. Currently have that two-pack (3 piece) with the cool tube winder with it coming in the mail. There's just something different about metal tubes with toothpastes and shaving creams. I just like and prefer them for no particular reason whatsoever. Marvis looks like an old toothpaste brand, but Euthymol actually is an old toothpaste brand. Edit: for the curious, Marvis tastes much better... Depending on the flavor. It's funny how just one act, wet shaving, can cause a person to completely reevaluate all one's hygiene products. Pity there's not some sort of equivalent when it comes to make-up, cosmetics, and the fairer sex.
Wednesday UPS delivery is from Italian Barber. Today I got 100 Vi-John Super Platinum blades and the new Razorock Game Changer .76 razor with Super Knurled handle.
