Joe, I don't know about the other Conk soaps, but I think you'll love the Bay Rum one! As I said once, it's my dad's favorite soap! Jeff

Went to the local drugstore after dinner to look for some of the discontinued Sir Irish Moos products - especially the shaving stick. They had none left but I did grab the last one of the deodorant sticks which I really love. I also purchased: - Tabac AS 100ml - Nivea creme in the blue tub for my very dry skin - Palmolive Classic SC (EU version)
Klaus , can you get Florena where you are? It's made in Germany, and probably the most popular shaving cream here in Canada. It's also very cheap. Jeff
Jeff, I don't know. never seen it in-store, but then again, I don't often go to drugstores as around here they don't stock much of the good stuff. 500 cans of goo versus 2 tubes of shaving-cream... Didn't see the Florena today, but I could order it online for 99 cents ($1,30) Might give it a try.
.99c? Wow, that's even cheaper than here in Canada, Klaus! Here, we pay 3.50$ CDN, which is still very reasonable, but that's what I call VERY cheap. Florena's fantastic cream, I love it. It's Canada's answer to Palmolive, I guess! Jeff
After the long wait and anticipation, it has finally arrived! My TOP Finest horn brush! First impressions: it didn't smell as bad as I thought it would; it is HEAVY; it is a VERY nice brush. Also arrived today, my 4/8 Garantie spike point straight! It was in very good condition, and it does appear SHARP! Now I need a strop, and I'm set (to butcher my face).
