The Haul: May 14th - May 20th, 2012

Today's haul: two shave sticks (Palmolive Classic & Tabac Original)
Plus: from the recycle store: a ceramic bowl with a lid for the vintage Williams puck!

This arrived this morning.



The Cobra Classic is difficult to find in the UK so I was pleased to find it. Still quite pricey....but a lot cheaper than bringing it in from the US. My only disappointment is ....no blades included, whereas the US package includes blades and a blade safe.

 

This baby just showed up, judging by the turquoise handle, it's a G5 and I think the case is wrong, but that's fine with me.



Pic is eBay's. Most of the white spots on the handle were just soap scum and have cleaned up nicely. I'm left with a few flea bites in the handle and on the head, but all-in-all, I'm very pleased and it shined up nicely.

First shave tomorrow morning with some new (never used by me) Proraso White (old stock, aloe, green tea, vit e).

Nice score on that Williams Menthol, it's great stuff!
