Life is good! Never expected to capture this kit, sometimes it is serendipity. Next month I am traveling to the home office and was wondering how to wrap up an individual razor. This kit is perfect! A nice kit that is not a pristine collectible, it will be put back into use. Airlines frown on carrying razor blades. I will either mail my favorite blades ahead or pack them in the checked baggage. A small travel container will hold a few shots of favorite shave creme. Now I have to find an inexpensive synthetic with a reasonable feel. I don't mind getting just a knot and building a handle.
A whole year? I struggled with No Buy July...and that rolled into Acquisition August...lol. I have all the respect in the world for you my friend. Hard pass...lol
Picked up a Schick Type B1 in good user condition for $29. My first B-type and I think it should clean up well.
Received this goodwill purchase for $6.99 The box and label says "Cutlery World, Solingen cartridge razor" but it might actually be a Merkur MII - which would make me a very happy camper Razor appears to be brand new, great weight to it and feels very comfortable.
