I used to be a huge PJ fan. Didn't know they released a new album; I'll have to check it out. I have an old bootleg CD from one of their concerts in Costa Rica that I still throw in the CD changer occasionally. Vedder is awesome.
Oh man...i love him so much...go get the new Album...for me it´s one of their best...TEN forever, but this one is very hot. I have been to the concert in Berlin last year. It was the first time on a concert from Pearl Jam...and it blew me away. I never had such a great feeling but when Eddie came on stage and startet singing, i had tears in my eyes.It has been a wonderful concert. This year they didn´t played in Germany , but when they are in Germany next year or so i will get tickets again... Pearl Jam forever!!!
Now, that's a great haul You bet I will go and get it. I tried searching for it on Spotify and Wimp, but couldn't find it. Amazon here I come
A 50x8cm Noel del Hierro strop: Haven't tried it yet, but the leather feels absolutely fantastic. Regards.
I bought this from a vendor at the Dixie Caverns Antique Mall yesterday: According to www.mr-razor.com, its a 1930s NEW in Presentation Box.
You can see the crack from a picture?? I held that razor in my hands yesterday and couldn't see the crack!
This morning I tried the first one, smooth and sharp! A very close shave, it's now 12 hours later and stubble is still less then years ago after a cartridge shave!
I think BEST HAUL EVER!!! For me at least The brush turned out beautiful!!! Really happy with it. Just hope the loft isn't too low @ 48mm. The handle is super comfortable and has a perfect weight. The R41 just looks downright scary. It is a 2011 version and I popped a Feather in it and the combs hardly cover the blade exposure! Scuttle is from Robert's Feats of Clay (malachite over black). The best part about this is that most of these were trades!
Two stops in one day. First stop was an antique shop where I picked up the razor. Second stop was a leather goods store that happened to have a few shaving items including Royall colognes. I'm pretty curious about the age and approximate value of the razor since it's in pretty good shape compared to the corroded one I picked up a few weeks back so if anybody wants to chime in...
