    Thank you sir!

Decided to dive into this brush because I received a brush I really wanted to work with, and it literally just fall apart in front of my eyes. Must of had some cracks that weren't visible and when I started to drill the knot it crumbled.... Not how I wanted to start my night!

More restoration fodder. Few in particular I'm pretty excited about.[IMG]

I could have used my own advice. I spent an entire day searching for this particular razor. No luck. Posted on WTB and no luck. A day later it hit me...what might AndrewShaveShop have? No more than 20 seconds after I hit your Etsy shop I found this razor and it was in better condition and value than what was being offered elsewhere on the interweb.

The real thanks goes to you!

A lot of work! And a lot of knots will be needed.

I recently picked up my first PAL SE razor at an antique store. I am surprised it took me so long to add one of these to my collection. It was in pitiful condition....very crusty and tarnished. Actually, I like it when they are in rough shape...keeps the price lower. It did, however, clean up nicely.

Mark, I'm not sure if I understand what you mean, the MJ-90A that is pictured is the handle the razor comes with. I hope that helps.

Excellent! I have the same PAL but haven't used it yet, I'm interested in your thoughts on how you like it.

It look darker in the photo. Mine had some scratches close the base of the handle. I swapped it out with a spare ss handle. I've gotten over it for the most part, and I wasn't going to return it and go through all that. Joe's not a bad guy, but I can buy another handle if I want one that bad.

A little something from CRSW, it was on clearance for $9 shipped. Smells great. If you haven't given CRSW a try I highly recommend them, plus Larry is a good man.
