    timabababaluka No exceptions. Except.....

RR Blue is in a top contender spot with Epsilon as a replacement for my Aqua Velva when I bottom out (it's entirely possible that AV may claw its way back in, though--I really like it on all levels: scent, performance, and price).

True that, and a 10 minute walk from my home could even save me the .001 cents that I'd spend driving :D

Well, to bad you feel I was being so seriously negative. Just a comment, that's all

@poppi --Hey, I believe Paul's comment was a typo. I think he got auto corrected as 'detest', but meant DETECT.

In other words: "I detect some serious negatories (no's)."

Just silliness on Paul's part--certainly no offense intended or criticism meant--just adding on to a joke you were making. Paul, you can correct me if I'm wrong.

I'm sorry, I meant to say "detect", as another poster noticed. Apologies.

Wow, you were right......sometimes my silliness in here comes faster than it is written. I apologized to poppi. Thanks for catching that.

My issue with tobacco shave products is,...am I going to get a fresh, clean scent, or will I be shaving with an ash tray?

I didn't make up "negatory".....I've seen some Cowboy-types say that in Western movies.

I always thought "negatory" was trucker-talk. as in:
    "Any county mounties in sight?"

"Negatory, good buddy. I'm east bound and down, loaded up and truckin'!"

Y'know, I think it IS more trucker than cowboy. I couldn't quite recall exactly where it is most famous, so I just threw "Cowboy" out there.

Pull that trigger! If you don't like it (can't imagine why) I will buy it from you. Be sure to get the splash, the balm does not have the same scent.

My Tabac is kept in the shed, at the end of a long garden, behind a door, that has sign which reads beware of the leopard! :)

Proraso Green Splash is a great fresh scent for warm weather.
Tabac and Old Spice are nice for cool weather.
But I get the most variety and easiest "matching" with soap scents by purchasing the colognes that match the soap/cream scent and blending a little of the cologne into a blob of Nivea aftershave balm. Then you've got the moisturizing qualities of the balm and the same scent as the shave soap. The balm also helps "lock-in" the scent for better longevity throughout the day. Nivea's light scent never seems to overtake the cologne I add to it. Best of both worlds in my opinion.
