That razor is one of the most odd designs I have seen. I really wonder why they put rolls on the guard? I mean, you really want a slight friction at the guard so the skin is more tight behind the guard. This is also why the Fusion cartridges got those strange rubber stripes on the guard.... Also one common shave technique for getting closer shave is to run a finger or two before the razor in order to tighten up the skin.
