After exhaustive review of this thread(and believe me it wasn't easy reading it the first time) I have made the following conclusions: at no time did @Darkbulb , hereafter referred to as the party of the first part, state that he paid $7 for said razor. Also at no time did @Rufus T. , referred to hereafter as the party of the second part, place an actual bid. Since @mrchick so rashly offered to increase any bid the POTSP made by the sum of $1, I therefore on behalf of the POTSP made a lawful bid to the POTFP who then informed me that I had been outbid by $1. The matter is of no further consequence to myself or the front office of Major League Baseball.

Had a couple of more shaves with the "F". I'm rather torn - it's a beautiful razor and it gives me a very clean shave but at the same time there isn't enough about how it feels that elevates it into my 'top 10'. So - 'really good, just not great'. One thing I'd like to try next is one of my newly acquired NOS Schick Twin blades in it
I don't believe you can use those Schick Twins in anything older than a L-Type... At least thats what I've always been told...but that F has a different set up....But I do know Schick said that Their Twin blades could be used in all their later razors... Is @Billyfergie around?
