A vintage Chubby 3 restored with a 28mm High Density knot





#59 restored with a 24mm two banded badger.



A Chubby 1 restored with 23mm High Mountain White TGN knot.

 

A Polo 12 arrived at my door last night. I've tried posting pics on this site but each time it tells me that the file is too large.

 

Try re-sizing the picture.

 

Windows Computer ..... Open the picture on your computer. Right click on picture, resize will be in the drop down menu.

Now if you're using a Mac ...... Open the picture on your computer. On the top is tools ..... open and select resize.

In either case it must be less than 1MB when done.

Experiment with percentages or just dropping the size to less than 1000 pixels either measurement.

 

The tips are whiter then shown in the pictures.

 

Just ordered a Milk Churn in butterscotch, a Keyhole 4 and a Major, all in best badger directly from Simpson. Which rounds out my Simpson collection, I am now done buying anymore brushes.

 

Totally forgot about this thread. I got this handle from Keith, @Enrico, a while back and restored it with a two band badger knot. It's a Simpson BAC3, made for the B. Altman Co. It used to be a high end store on Fifth Ave in New York City. Guessing Simpson might have also made at least two other brushes for them............
