Some of these dogs were hung from trees for losing, had their heads held under water for minutes at a time and once rescued went into homes and have been great pets. Still trusting humans after being tortured their entire lives.

It pisses me off when i see people saying its a bad breed. NO!!! Its bad people that make them mean.

Mine licks 2 year old kids in the face and wags her tail.

That sounds like the kind of dog any father would want for his daughter!

I'd have no problem ending anybody's life if I ever saw him abusing even his own dog. Ours is a very loved family pet as well as a cherished companion and if he wants to sleep on the couch he knows he's welcome to do so. The only thing he knows he's strictly forbidden to do is to sleep on my daughter's bed and he's perfectly compliant.

@Norcalnewb My Mom is still afraid of our dog but my Dad loves him!

If I wasn't so short of cash I would have ordered a Kong 26mm synthetic and a few more bath soaps. It'll have to wait a bit longer.

I have my eye on a Kong, too! We're slowly working our way through the bath bar lineup. I just opened a Coconut Lime the other day, and we have a bar of Weekend in Malibu going. Smells like tropical drinks with umbrellas in the bathroom!

This morning I pulled a little switcheroo and used my Sharp Dressed Man sample because I want to kill it off and get started on the new 5.8 tub which my wife recently bought me. The scent of that soap drives me crazy - it's so gorgeous!

SDM is hands down my favorite Stirling scent. I'm hoping on my next order I can swing a SDM splash with the Glacial menthol. That should be Nirvana in a bottle!

There should habe at least been candy in there. We ran out of freebies a few times this summer, but I try to maintain a supply of sweets for those times. Sorry about the lack of a sample though.

Might have missed it with the packing material. It's all good, yours are still my favorite shave and bath products by far!

I coach Rod with his Arabic - he's becoming really good at it. By the way, leave out one T in the word!

Unless you're from Israel or you can speak a language that's very guttural, Arabic pronunciation is extremely difficult. We Israelis come by it easily because Hebrew is very similarly pronounced and the two languages are quite close. Myself, I speak eight dialects of Arabic perfectly and I can adjust my accent and vocabulary to speak to an Egyptian, Palestinian, Lebanese, Syrian, Iraqi, Moroccan, Algerian, or Tunisian. I also speak the Classical Arabic of Saudi Arabia. I also speak the Moroccan Jewish dialect perfectly and I've stunned people from the Shouf mountains region of Lebanon because I know their dialect as well as them.

you're right....one T it is. But that's pretty neat about all the languages you speak.

Let me see if I understand...can I say Doc Ezlovan is a batal of artisan shaving paraphernalia?

Thanks. However, a lot of the languages I speak were learned in my childhood. For example, Russian and German. My parents always, and still do speak to me in those two languages. Hebrew too, obviously but Russian and German are extremely natural for me. I went to French private schools in Israel so my French is as good as a Parisian's, if not better although many people tell me that my accent and even a lot of the expressions I use are very North African. The second official language of Israel is Arabic and English is the third. My parents speak it absolutely perfectly but I still struggle with it at times. My written and reading knowledge are probably at 99.9% but my speech is now perhaps at 85% on my best days. I understand English at around 99.9% as long as it's a clear American, Canadian, or British accent. My wife's English is at best 55% spoken, 85% understanding, and reading and writing, 75-80%. Our little daughter's English: 2% speaking, reading and writing perhaps 65%, and understanding perhaps, just perhaps 50%. She HATES the English language and that's NOT good. We're worried that it'll have a negative impact on her later on in her life. We have to push her to become proficient in English and FAST. My inlaws who are from Morocco mastered the English language many years ago although it's automatic for me to speak to them in Hebrew and French. My cousins still living in Israel speak Hebrew, Russian, German, Yiddish, and some English.

Has anyone here tried Stirling's 24x51 synthetic shave brush? I'm hoping the lower loft means the glue bump is set inside the handle.
