Iced Pineapple is the bomb diggity! Snatch it up fast because its a summer only scent and when its gone you'll have to wait till next summer to get it.
Feedback for @ezlovan: I agree the samples go pretty quick, but the actual soaps do last a good amount of time. There are pluses and minuses to hard milled. One of the reasons I buy the soap is that it is an inexpensive way to try some of the Stirling scents without having a soap puck that I can't use if I don't love it. Most of the scents are nice enough that I'll use up a bar of soap even if it doesn't end up in a tub in the den (which will be around much longer). If he went to hard milled, you'd have to offer a sample option like the shaving soaps where I can try a sample cheaply without having to commit to a hard milled bar that I'm gonna have to live with for a while. Otherwise, the appeal of trying new scents with bath bars goes away, and I don't like that idea. As for packaging, I think if it increases the cost and reduces his margin, in my opinion most guys don't care that much. I don't. Women probably do (not to sound sexist, just my observation). If he's trying to sell upscale as opposed to value, then that's a thought; it'd just probably increase the price, which again, doesn't excite me. Maybe launch/pilot the best selling soap scent or two in a "french milled" package and see how it goes? That's probably what I'd do.
Let him know as he's looking for feedback. He values his customers' opinions! Rod remarked the price increase would be about $0.25.
Has anyone tried the new Eucalyptus Mint shave soap or aftershave? I'm curious about amount of peppermint in each. I have Mike's Peppermint and Rosemary and think the peppermint level is perfect to my liking.
I received a sample bar in my last shipment. I will use it tomorrow Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I am kind of late to the party, but I get 2 1/2 to three weeks from a bar of bath soap. But, I am a human Brillo pad who also buzzes his head and uses the bar for scalp. It really doesn’t matter to me what he does in terms of price, I just want the same scents and performance. For sure, I go through it faster than a bar of Lever 2000. Apples to Oranges.
Two great ones. I am sure you will be happy with your choices. Just remember that the MITA is a gateway to a full blown menth addiction. Just a hint: Since you are going to have to find a container for your samples, whatever you choose, mush/mold it into the bottom of the bowl/tub/jar etc.... don’t throw a 3” puck into a 5” bowl and just get after it, mush it evenly across the area. I promise it will help.
You know what I wanna see? (@ezlovan ) Stirling auto air fresheners. You know those kind that come in the pull top cans? All they are is a soaked wick in a can with a vented/screen on top. Just thought about it the other morning 9n the way to work when I bought some dumb crap scent I didn’t want, and wished it was Stirling Sandalwood. Just a 4:00 AM scratchpad kind of thought.
