Just had one last blast of glacial lemony orange for a while. Tomorrow morning I'm off to Malawi for two weeks. I'll probably be using Port au Prince the whole time I'm there, so as not to be a bug magnet.
@Gnomeo0228 great video as always! I let my little ones watch and they liked it too. Any chance you want to sell me that large tub of Cityslicker?I'm very jealous. Keep the awesome videos coming my friend.
As hard as it may be to believe, I just finished up my first ever Stirling shave. Great stuff, wish I had found it sooner. The soaps and aftershaves definitely perform outside of their price point. I also had my first menthol experience, which I must admit was a little strange to start with, but is quite refreshing once you get used it. If the Rose scent comes back, Stirling could easily become my exclusive soap Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
thank you for the kind words, but I am sorry my friend, but CitySlicker is a keeper lol! Hope you have a great weekend! I'm off to Taiwan, then singapore. Wish me luck

I'm working on finishing up an Iced Pineapple soap sample right now. Terrific soap! I'm mostly pairing it with Glacial Lemon Chill splash because I don't have the Iced Pineapple splash. It all works quite well.
My order arrived yesterday and I couldn't wait to test Lemony Orange. It was awesome! I rinsed with cold water and BAM. I probably got 30 minutes of residual Glacial chill after my shave. Naturally I had to use L-O again tonight, and it's still as fantastic as yesterday. I love MITA and Iced Pineapple, but I predict L-O will muscle its way to the front of the line a lot. Thank you Pickled Northern for mentioning this soap and creating enough buzz to cajole Rod into making us a batch. And thank you Rod!! I'm very glad to have two tubs of this fine soap on hand now. I need to place one more smallish order because while ordering from my tent last week, I didn't realize there was a matching splash. It's a light scent that could pair with other things, and the glacial effect coasts nicely, but a matching glacial AS to top it off seems like a "need" I can talk myself into.
@ezlovan or anyone else that might know.... Does the Iced Pineapple have considerably more menthol than the Orange Chill soap? Unfortunately I react poorly to a number of scents which cause a mild reaction. When I use the Orange Chill, I get a nice mild menthol kick and enjoy the scent. The pineapple smells great, but I get much more of reaction too it. I have only used it twice so far, but am not sure whether it is kicked up menthol or the scent disagreeing with me.
The "Scent Descriptions" on the Stirling site list Iced Pineapple as 3.75 of 10 and Orange Chill as 2.5 of 10.
Unless it's my imagination the regular MITA has a very slight scent difference from the Glacial version. I don't find it because of the Glacial one's more intense menthol content, it's just a tiny bit sweeter. I love them both.
I think I experienced a little of what you’re describing, and concluded that it was the Pineapple not the menthol that was causing the irritation. For me it’s not enough to stop using, (I love the scent) but I understand what you’re talking about.
It seems the Iced Pineapple has a third or so more menthol than the Orange Chill. https://www.stirlingsoap.com/pages/scent-descriptions ***Edit: @Edison Carter already said the exact same thing.
