You guys are really tough on my wallet, especially Hans, with his beautiful Swedish razor collection. I have three Swedish razors on the way, all of which will require some cleanup. They are: a Neistrom from Poland a CV Heljestrand from Texas a Hellberg from Florida
I love the little Frameback. I have a couple, and they are feather light, like a small extra hollow grind, but are rigid like a wedge.
Agreed, Scott! 6/8-7/8 has been my sweet spot, but lately I’ve really been enjoying my two little 4/8.
Over the last year and a half I’ve bid on probably 7 or 8 Filarmonicas, but was never able to find one in the condition I like. Well tonight I found my Filarmonica. The seller is in Japan, and the razor is close to mint. I’m very pleased to have finally found my Filly! I’d like to thank Scott and Steve for their advice. Really looking forward to shaving with it! It probably won’t arrive until the second week of October.
"Falcon" #1072 13/16+ inches Extra Hollow Ground. Bellied. Made in Germany. It was very very ratty, with a gnarly blade, and a lot of rust, but I saw potential. I rolled the dice, and bought it, for $14.50 I've put it off for several months, and this is it in its original form. The final restoration is in the restoration thread.

Dont worry about it. Most of us, who speak English, need a proper English translator too. Не беспокойтесь об этом. Большинство из нас, кто говорит по-английски, также нуждаются в правильном английском переводчике. .
