Scent is very good, I like it a lot. Just a good, soapy-type smell. Can't see how it would offend anybody. And yes, the lather was very rich and creamy :happy088
BTW - I find TSD shave soaps to be quite hard.....not as hard as a triple-mill...but much, much harder than any other glycerin soaps I have. YWTMO They should last quite a while ::
Oh we can be more creative than that. Puck of Williams (or something better) to who can make the best out of YWTMO. Contest ends on Sunday evening or whenever I feel like ending it. ::
I enjoy too many to choose only one...Mitchell's Woolfat, Trumper's, Cambridge, L'Occitane, Dr. Harris. Raf
I have to go with OldSaw on the art of shaving but i like sandalwood What theres TSD soap? And a store! i have been away for to long spending to much time on SRP and B&B!
I've been using L'Occitane CADE quite a bit lately and liking it a lot, but one shave the other day with Tabac soap reminded me how excellent it is. Tabac! Edited to add - I've been a big Mamabear soap fan since giving up the canned goo but have been enjoying the triple milled stuff more and more lately. I'll be trying a few more of the fancy wooden bowl products in the coming months. I have to say I'm surprised to see the C&E soaps mentioned in this thread. I received one as a gift last year, believe it was Sienna, liked the scent but it never did make a very good lather. I ended up using it as hand soap and didn't even like it for that............ first and only soap I ever tossed in the trash. As they say YMMV and I guess I just got a bad one. The C&E bowl fits CADE refills perfectly though so it wasn't a total loss.
