Inspired by this Omega design, a large shaving brush is on @Primotenore's Christmas list: His Bride wanted to surprise him with a unique brush, so she naturally called me for expert advice. We came up with a design that will not only allow Yodelin' Joe to plow through shave soaps, but will also fill an artistic void in his shave den. Mos def. Please note the following photo is only a prototype. We used dark boar hairs as a cost-savings measure in the prototype, as they are unfit for any other use. They will be eschewed in the final design. In fact, product specs call for 100% gray boar hairs harvested mid-tummy from piglets. Needless to say, quality inspectors will check for proper hair diameter, length, arrangement, bulk density, and of course orientation. #shavescience
