My old Interplak water pick has been intermittent for years, so today I bought a new Water Pik /Flosser. I had to turn it on the next to the lowest setting as it was so much more powerful. After I was finished with my teeth, I pointed it into the drain and put it on maximum overdrive. I squirted it into the open drain about 30 seconds. When I screwed the cap back on the drain and filled the sink then opened the drain and the drain actually made a sucking sound, which I have never heard before. It really cleared out the drain. Unless, that is that it really blew a hole through my plastic pipes under the sink.
