I enjoyed the story immensely, and am amazed at the amount of information both hunted and gleaned. Your assumptions are real world and logical. Hats off to you, your a great story teller. Great job.

What a marvelous coincidence of events,, or fate, that the razor would fall into the hands of someone who would care enough to carry on this work. Kudos.

Thanks a lot JM! Actually, I also think that the coincidence is very fortunate. Originally when I was looking for a Khaki set, my preferences was that the set should be complete (thumbtacks and all) and that the serial number should be low. I was exited that the set came with a name as well, but that was just an extra bonus. And what a bonus that ended up being!!

Ohh.. and I also ended up with a very good razor. I just shaved with it 5 minutes ago. It's a 100 years old, and it's still a perfect little tool.

I have kept on returning to Robert's story for the last four years, so it was also a big surprise to me, that it was so long ago since last i posted a chapter! I am really happy that I got around to posting again.
