He doesn't have the razor anymore, he sent it back for a refund and they lost it. Now they are refusing to refund his $100 that he paid for the razor. So right now he has neither razor nor money. I think it's safe to say Monkeyboy will not be recommending or buying any more Truefitt and Hill products in the near future. What they ought to do, is refund his money and send him a new razor. They may not feel our small boycott here, but this kind of customer service (if it is not an isolated incident) will eventually put T&H out of business.
I can understand where T&H is coming from. If they don't have it, they don't have it. And they can't rely on your pictures because they have no way of knowing how old they are. Can't really fault any company for not doing anything until they have it in their hands. Otherwise, they'd all go out of business if they had to replace something every time someone complained. To be clear, I've never used a T&H product in my life so I have no connection to them, at all. Not even as a fan. I'm just saying there are 2 sides to every thing.

The Lord razor is actually pretty good for the bucks if your bucks are low and need a razor and there is also a Feather Popular if you have a spare 20. Believe it or not, even though your having trouble now and bogged down in the problem, time will likely heal this wound and I'm sure things will sort themselves out down the road. Thanks PoM for the correction and Jody also for presenting a possible other side of the coin. I truly hope you get things resolved favorably and good luck in your shaving endeavors...
